Congressman was a champion athlete during his time. He was an undefeated four-year boxing champion in the US Naval Academy at Annapolis, United States. Here, he shows that his hand skills are not limited to boxing but also in shooting the basket ball, playing with kids in Ipil, Barangay BF in the Ipil Golezeum (covered court), one of Golez’s projects in the area.
